Class A Shares – Controlling Shareholders “Stable Core” This class is held exclusively by the founding partners and the historical ownership. Class A Shares represent a share capital that carries out the management of the core business, evaluating and acquiring new opportunities.
Class B Shares – Investor Shareholders this class is issued in favour of all investors entering the project (both initial and future). Class B Shares collectively represent the voting share capital. Their aggregate percentage can never exceed this threshold
